Consultation

A short meeting with one of our consultants will give us everything we need to source the right candidate for you. We will:

  • Determine vacancy criteria
  • Draw up a personality profile
  • Agree a fee structure, with a rebate system available for your own comfort

Alternatively we can simply take all details over the phone, or leave you with a brief and easy to complete e-form to complete in your own time.

Recruitment / selection

The first step is to compare your vacancy criteria with any appropriate existing Ptarmigan Staffing Solutions candidate profiles. If this does not give us the quality match required, then we outsource a candidate for you through:

  • CV screening
  • Telephone screening
  • Formal interview, taking into account specific client requirements, we assess the candidate on the following criteria:
    • Relevant experience
    • Qualifications
    • Enthusiasm, attitude and motivation
    • Employment status, salary expectations, personal circumstances
    • Knowledge of your company
    • Communication skills
    • Presentation and demeanor
    • Ambitions and career development aspirations
    • Literacy and numeracy level using official SHL tests
  • Detailed comparisons and matching of all specifications and requirements.
  • Employment reference checks.

A candidate profiles shortlist will then be made available to you, with advice from your designated Ptarmigan Staffing Solutions consultant, ready for your final selection.
