Ptarmigan will guide you through the recruitment process. Candidate relationships are important to us so we meet all our candidates face to face to complete the registration process. Through this process we will get to know you, we will listen to your requirements, and offer practical advice. We would contact prospective employers on your behalf, organise interviews and then prepare you for the interview. Your consultant will liaise with you and the prospective employer to confirm salary, benefits and once successfully placed a start date and contract. You can expect a first class service at all times.
Once you are at the registration interview stage you will be asked to comply with current employment legislation, you will be asked to supply your “Right to Work documents” which can be a passport or birth certificate and if you wish to complete temporary assignments whilst waiting for that permanent position we will need proof of your national insurance number also. Please remember to bring these documents along with you to your initial registration interview.
